The DEKA-DODGE is a high-powered crawler bait that has the finesse qualities in a big body like the original size DODGE but adds even greater water-pushing ability. Not just bigger but designed specifically to pull those lunkers out from under.

Unlike the DODGE’s circular cross-section, the DEKA-DODGE has a wide body for increased stability on the surface. With this stability, the DEKA-DODGE can sway left-to-right and dramatically push water.

Although the DEKA-DODGE appears to just roll slowly, its wide body produces a thick displacement of water. With both a big profile and this invisible water-pushing ability for maximum presence, it has an uncanny ability to attract fish in discolored water and those holding deep.

The action is easy just like the original DODGE. Just place your rod at the 10 o’clock position after the bait lands, and very slowly retrieve like you’re taking in slack line.

The DEKA-DODGE will then emit a metallic sound and gently slap the water like “flap flap”. It will appear to swim on its own while swaying side-to-side, appealing to fish multi-dimensionally.
